LAHORE: The Punjab authorities on Friday launched the examination schedule for colleges throughout the province, in accordance with which exams can be held from Could 18-31.
As per the schedule, the exams can be held from Could 18 to 31 for college students of grades I-VIII, stated a notification by the PEC.
The fee introduced that it’s going to difficulty a booklet containing questions which can function in college students’ examinations.
In response to the PEC, 50% weightage within the exams can be for homework and 50% weightage can be for MCQ-based papers.
Oral exams can be taken for college students for grades I & II (English, Maths, Basic Information and Urdu), stated the PEC.
College students of Grade III to VIII will give written examinations of all core topics (English, Maths, Science, Urdu, Pc Science, Historical past & Geography and Islamiyat/Ethics).
In response to the PEC, evaluation of the remaining or non-obligatory topics can be ready and carried out by the varsity itself. The PEC clarified that every MCQ paper can be of 25 gadgets, having 2 marks for every merchandise with a length of 60 minutes (in a number of classes every day if wanted) as per SoPs of Covid-19 issued by Govt. of the Punjab.
