KARACHI: The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on Tuesday introduced that it’ll be restructured and divided into three divisions.
According to an official notification issued by the authority, the choice was taken after the approval of CAA’s Board. The Director-General of CAA has additionally issued a written order to implement the selections with quick impact.
As reported by Geo News, the three divisions embrace the Regulatory Division, Airport Services and Operations, and Support Functions.
As a part of the restructuring course of, the Director-General of CAA will supervise the 2 posts of Additional DGs for the Regulatory Division and the Airport Services and Operations, respectively.
Meanwhile, 4 posts of Deputy Director-Generals have additionally been created. Two Deputy DGs will work beneath the DG Regulatory Division, and the opposite two will work beneath the DG of Airport Services and Operations.
